Junior Holiday Camps for ages 5 - 11

Junior Holiday Camps

Our camps are designed to be a fun introduction to life on stage for beginners.

 

All European camps are designed for foreign speakers of English to improve their communication skills.

Prepare a 20-minute show for parents at the end of the week with lights, sounds, scenery & costumes!

Each child gets a role with at least 6 lines in the show - improve your public speaking confidence!

Express creativity through storytelling and captivating performances

Explore technical aspects of theatre production such as stagecraft, costume and set design, lighting, and sound.

Acting, dance & singing workshops led by our native English speaking tutors.

Make new friends with the same interests as you in your city.

Build confidence and push beyond comfort zones whilst having fun in the holidays!

Enjoy activities like sports, arts and crafts, and water fights when we need a break from rehearsals.

Learn fundamental acting techniques, character development, and improvisation.

Parents can choose to watch the final performance in person or via an online recording a few days later.

Limited enrollment ensures personalised attention with a maximum of 36 students per week

Small class sizes of 12 children maximum per teacher.

Typical Day Plan

For ages 8 - 12:

 

09:00 - 09:30 • Arrival and warm up!

09:30 - 10:30 • Theatre Rehearsals

10:30 - 11:00 • Break Time

11:00 - 12:00 • Public speaking classes

12:00 - 12:45 • Drama games & activities

12:45 - 13:45 • Lunch and break

13:45- 14:30 • Script, song improv work

14:30 - 15:30 • Sports and water games!

15:30 - 16:00 • Home time activities

For ages 5 - 7

09:00 - 09:30 • Arrival and warm up

09:30 - 11:00 • Arts and crafts / Ice breakers

11:00 - 11:30 • Snack and break

11:30 - 12:45 • Improv / story creation

12:45 - 13:30 • Lunch and break

13:30 - 14:00 • Siesa / story time

14:00 - 15:00 • Show rehearsals

15:00 • 15:15 - Snack

15:15 - 16:00 • Sports / Water

Minimum of 6 lines per child in the end-of-week play

We don't like favoritism, every child should get their chance to shine.

Students can ask for less lines if they want.

That's why each child's character gets at least 6 lines end of week performance for parents

Certificate

Each child is awarded with an International British Theatre School Certificate of participation with comments from their teachers.

This can be used to approach casting directors and agents in the industry as proof of your commitment to training

Costumes and scenery provided by us

There should be no hidden costs when it comes to enjoying your week.

Each child gets a high quality costume to borrow for the show before giving it back to our costume department

Shows filmed for convenience

We appreciate that some parents may be unable to watch the end of week shows.

That's why we film every show and send it onto parents within 72 hours.

Shows are never published for the public, - they are sent privately to parents.

We are a team of 14 professional performers working within the UK performance Industry.

We only teach performing arts, we will never teach children how or what to think. This includes politics and current events. Our aim is make the next generations confident, kind leaders in which ever line of work they choose.

We are an OFSTED registered company in the UK. This is the UK child protection regulatory body and we adhere to their standards on all global camps.

 

We provide a productive form of child care as we aim to build children's confidence and public speaking skills in safe environment during their school holidays.
