How to claim vouchers
You can use these for both our Holiday Course and Live Online Classes!
Step 1: Go the holiday camp registration page.
Step 2: At the end of the registration form, choose "I am paying with Child Care Vouchers".
Step 3: Fill in your Childcare Voucher provider’s name e.g. Sodexo Childcare Vouchers
Step 4: Pay via "offline line payment" when you reach the checkout page. Once you've received your booking confirmation email from us, contact your Childcare Voucher provider and use the information below to process the payment. Your childcare provider will then contact us to arrange payment.
Step 5: You will receive another order confirmation email from us when the voucher has been processed within 7 - 10 working days.

Government Tax Free Child Care Scheme
We are currently unable to process payment of the Government Tax-Free Child Care scheme due to waiting times for our account approval being between 6 - 8 months. The account should be approved by December 2023 at the latest. But you can still sign up! Leave a note in the 'any comments or questions' box on the registration for that you intend to pay with the Government scheme and we will send you an invoice once our account is approved in December. You're welcome to join the camps!
