Alice in Wonderland

Dramatic Style & Technical Focus

"Alice in Wonderland" is a fantastical adventure adaptation where a curious young girl follows a hurried White Rabbit into a strange and wonderful place called Wonderland. As she searches for the Rabbit, she meets unusual characters, grows and shrinks, joins a silly tea party, and faces the quick-tempered Queen of Hearts before waking up from her dream. Designed for students ages 8 to 12, this script serves as an excellent introduction to foundational drama theory and stagecraft. The play helps young actors develop technical skills such as understanding basic stage directions , executing stylized movement (like the chaotic croquet game or growing/shrinking sequences) , and exploring early character development through built-in workbook activities.
