The British Theatre School maintains a high standard of safeguarding and child protection procedures. Please ensure to familiarise yourself with our recruitment policies before applying.

  • 2 step interview process: Online & In person training workshop
  • 3 former authenticated references 
  • BA degree in Performance related arts or 5 professional industry credits.
  • A Police background (Enhanced DBS or country equivalent) checks will be carried out.
  • ID checks and proof of identity will be required.
  • A member of Equity for camps taking place in the United Kingdom.
  • Junior mentors have a 1-day training induction online and under the management of a camp leader whilst Camp Leaders have a 2-day induction period.
